Monthly Sadhana Connection

Join us in spiritual community, third Monday of every month, Fall 2025.

We'll meet, begin with a short grounding practice, and then the options are many, with no set format:

practice discussion, Q&A, spiritual reflections and possible contemplations, demos, sharing.

While daily morning practice is a blessing, it is often also solitary.

The aim of these monthly gatherings is to afford us a sense of community, as well as to discuss our own practice, ask any particular questions, engage together in reflections and contemplations along this yogic path, and to share our experiences with each other.
